Dr. Rebecca Homkes
FACULTY DIRECTOR
Dr. Rebecca Homkes is a high-growth strategy specialist and CEO and executive advisor. She is a Lecturer at the London Business School, Faculty at Duke Corporate Executive Education, Advisor and Core Faculty for BCGU (Boston Consulting Group), and a former fellow at the London School of Economics Centre for Economic Performance. A best-selling author, global keynote speaker and recognized thought leader, she leads several fintech accelerators, and serves on the Boards of many high-growth companies.
She earned her doctorate at the London School of Economics as a Marshall Scholar and is now based in Miami, San Francisco, USA and London. UK.

Janis Oslejs
YPO Champion
Janis Oslejs is the founder and CEO of concrete technology company Primekss – inventors of patented Steel Fiber Reinforced Self-Stressing Concrete (SFRSSC) technology – PrīmX (50% stronger, 30% faster and up to 70% less CO2 emissions). Primekss is proud of its world-leading Concrete R&D center, which continues investing in concrete technology and new product development whilst participating in joint research studies with worlds’ leading academic business partners including NTNU, Hilti, CERN and others. Oslejs is also the Chairman of Molport.com, online marketplace for organic synthesis molecules.
Oslejs holds MBA from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
Oslejs is also the Founder of Radosuma Pils, aNGO helping schools in Latvia raise more creative and successful students.

Mark Kramer
YPO Champion (CIN)
Mark Kramer is CEO and Chairman of the Board of SME, a leading civil engineering and environmental services consulting firm headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan. SME has 15 offices in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. SME is an employee-owned company, where Mr. Kramer is the controlling owner and second-generation leader of the firm. SME operates mainly in the Great Lakes region helping clients ranging from Ford Motor and GM, to State and Federal Agencies, Corporate and Institutional Clients, Universities and Hospital Systems, Power and Transmission Companies as well as publically traded REITS and private developers with their development and infrastructure challenges.
Since 2002, he has led SME as the CEO and he has grown SME to over 380 professional and technical staff. The firm has continually been ranked among the top 500 design firms within the United States by the Engineering News Record (ENR) and is currently ranked at 289 in the country. Under his leadership the company has won numerous awards for employee engagement and client satisfaction including recently be named the overall winner of Best and Brightest firms to work for in SE Michigan two years in a row as well as being named a national winner for a number of years. We were also recognized by Zweig as #15 Best Firm to Work For Nationally in the over 200 employee category and we also received one of 3 national awards for Client Excellence in 2022.
Mr. Kramer attended Arizona State University where he received a BSCE in Civil Engineering. He also completed the Harvard Business School Owner President Management (OPM) program and graduated with OPM Class 57 after attending 3 years of the YPO/HBS program.
He is also the President and Chairman of the Board for SME Real Estate Holdings a real estate holding company with holdings in Michigan and Ohio and Nautilus Holdings a real estate development company started to identify opportunities to help revitalize the communities we operate in.

Håkon Lundis
YPO Champion (Europe)
Håkon Lundis the owner and 4th generation of the Lund Group, established in 1895, operating in Scandinavia. He has a law degree (UIO) and an MBA (NHH).
The company had a total of 3.5 million guests in 2019. The common denominator for the group is that it focuses on creating unique guest experiences.
Lund Gruppen has won THEA Award (USA) twice for "the world's best new attraction" and many other international, national, and regional awards.
Håkon believes in value-based leadership, history-driven innovation processes, and family stewardship.
Håkon has been shortlisted as EY Entrepreneur of the year, currently chairs the YPO Global Family Business Network and serves at different board positions

Axel
Program Director
Axel is the programme director of the YPO-ALP program. He started his career in physics, receiving an MSc from Imperial College London and a PhD from RWTH Aachen University while working on LED lighting technology. After a research position at MIT’s Media Lab, he transitioned into finance and management with positions at Goldman Sachs and Bain & Company, where he focused on strategy and performance improvement for industry clients. Axel is a past graduate of London Business School’s MBA and a past participant in the YPO-ALP programme.
He continues to advise companies on strategic priorities but in his main job now leads a German real estate developer, through which he is a member of EO.
